What is assisted living?
A supportive living facility that provides the managed delivery of health and personal care services within a residential environment or setting. Higher staffing levels in assisted living facilities offer an alternative to traditional long-term care.
Medication management is included in our basic fee. Rest assured that you will only pay for the services that you need and want.

Our Specialty
We specialize in allowing residents to "Age in Place" without the fear of having to move to another facility.
Dignity Care Home is known for providing the services to meet your increasing needs. For this reason, residents come to us from other Assisted Living facilities or instead of going to a nursing home.
Residents can also "Age in Place" as we participate in the HCBS Medicaid payment program which assists with payment when savings have been depleted.

Post-Hospitalization
What is Post-Hospitalization?
When patients leave the hospital, they may require additional medical services. But choosing post-hospital care can be a daunting task. It's hard to know what level of care is necessary and which providers provide the needed services. Many patients also worry about how they will pay for ongoing care.

What is respite care?
Many caregivers dedicate a lot of time to taking care of their elderly family member, this can be exhausting and stressful. Our respite care provides time off to recoup emotionally or to get away for a while.
Our team will work closely with the resident, family and physician to develop a treatment program which will enable a safe return home as soon as possible.

What is hospice?
Considered to be the model for quality, compassionate care for people facing a life-limiting illness or injury, hospice involves a team-oriented approach to expert medical care, pain management, emotional and spiritual support. Support is also provided to the individuals loved ones. As part of our commitment to allow our residents to "Age in Place", we coordinate care with Hospice Services. |
